I think you're giving Der Shite far too much credit there, the 3 allegations have been (as you say) around for years and have been loudly laughed out of court. The 'documents' they're basing it on are the original hacked emails, there is absolutely nothing new (unless I've missed something myself). They're just guessing.

The PL won't confirm or deny anything as they're not allowed to discuss it, hell they wanted the damn judge to keep quite as much as we did.

You may be right. It just seems an odd choice of wording by DS. They stated that the PL were looking at these three areas with no caveats. They could have easily used a phrase like "sources suggest." Let's see what happens. I think the case is on its last legs and this is the last throw of the dice by our enemies.
