This is why this thread is great and important. Apart from positive City articles, which let's be honest are few and far between, it allows us to highlight the stupidity of the Scouse (and Rag) infested media and social media. If you want to watch the video Google it. No link.

"Unless they are considered to be one of the leading talents" Is he saying Haaland isn't t?
It's a remarkable talent to be be able to speak through your bum hole.

What a trainee trampoliner ?? Strange fucking job tolm.

They were the best of times and...

Most northern footie writers went through the Daily/Sunday Sport sports desk at one time or another.

Sullivan and Gold are obviously huge footie nuts and invested in huge wages to have all the Northern lads and trainees boxed off -The Athletic of its day in terms of sports desk.

From what I recall, Darren Lewis eventually quit because he couldn't cope with pg3 girls and escort girls walking past the desk each day, compromising his strict Christian beliefs!!!

You think he would have had an inkling reading the front of the book each day.

Other initiations I had to do was the Phal curry challenge in 30 seconds and how many dry Jacobs Cream Crackers you could eat in two minutes.

Imagine being 18 and being told to interview Dave Beasant because he broke his foot with a bottle of salad cream.

If you could see through the cigar smoke, I'm sure there would have been a HR office somewhere.

I was earning £50k a year before I was 20 and hanging out with Lindsey Dawn McKenzie!!

She was rough!!

Precisely.

But like any cult that cannot be acknowledged.

The reasons why Haaland joined City are all out there, it's not a mystery. No credible source has ever even speculated that Liverpool featured in Haalands thinking. But of course the cult know why the greatest club on earth never featured, it's the wages, otherwise, obviously, he would've joined Liverpool.

It's important to remember that as far as the cult are concerned, every player on the planet wants to play for Liverpool, it's every players default setting.
Soriano went into considerable detail on the motivations for Erling's decision to join City on the Iceland podcast which has been revealed today. As you say City were the clear first choice and it was footballing reasons more than finance. His father was also a major influence in the decision. He wanted City and to work under Pep.

I worked in the old Express Building on Great Ancoats Street in the late around 99/00. The Sport used to be upstairs. I used to regularly see Tony Livesy around and dolly birds going in and out of the building.

My missus fainted in Ayia Napa some time in the late 90s when it was the place to be for footballers and Z list celebs. She came around finding herself in Lyndsey Dawn McKenzie's bosom. Have heard she looks/looked rough but by all accounts a sound person apart from her unhealthy hobby.
