Maybe he is happy to be the first interested in buying because he came to let to the party for his real club chelsea! And then more people interested will come forward because am sure chelsea had loads of people wanting to buy them! Rags want a bidding was as such! Also am sure some of these loans can’t be just “payed of” in one go there long term loans that have to get there % back from them!

So say someone buys them clears all there debt they then can spend at least 150m+ every summer at least maybe even more because they do have a great turnover they start winning that will be going only one way!

Am realist they will be back! Football moves on we have had an unbelievable 10/12 years eventually we will fall back into the pack! As long as we competing picking up the occasional trophy a league title I’ll be more than happy..
Can a new owner simply wipe out debts? The likes of us, Chelsea, Leeds United and Newcastle United were allowed to go down when we were shit. United and LiVARpool will never “go away” simply because no matter how bad they are, they’ll be helped to stay in the Premier League. I’m sure the FFP inspectors are very thorough when investigating them and they don’t just book a few days on the golf course.

According to BBC (United) Sport, Jim Ratcliffe is a local boy from Failsworth, done good. A self-made millionaire. And a United fan. No mention of him not paying tax in the UK. And living in the Monaco tax Haven.
Monaco is a bit closer to the Cayman Islands in distance and a lot closer for tax avoidance.

Chelsea's owners did just wipe out debt, it's not right and negates all the rhyme and reason of FFP.

Sounds like a perfect prospective buyer.
