What a wanker. He completely misses the point. At no point has Jon Bell suggested we've achieved what we have on a shoestring budget and his comments are clearly about adopting a "siege mentality" against all the unsubstantiated bullshit that we're having to endure. The only issue I'd have with Jon's tweet is this "best fans in the world" line. I've always found it a bit cheesy hearing/seeing people say that regardless of what club they support. Fact is that all clubs have great fans and not so great fans.

The worst thing about this hate-fest in the media against City is that people like Crafton are so bad at their job they have no idea what the story really is. He is one of the new breed of so-called journalists who seems happy to believe the line he is fed by the establishment without checking the facts. He has no idea what the detail of the PL allegations are so how can he sneer at City's fanbase? Virtually all the media made fools of themselves with the UEFA case. They got it wrong and missed the story. Making snide comments on Twitter may go down well with his posh boy pals in the press pack but it demeans him in his trade.

It makes me laugh when journos block twitter uses. Your points on twitter are mainly rational, inoffensive and based on fact PB. When a journo blocks you it is an admission that they themselves are wrong and talking bullocks. They also don't have the intelligence to address rational argument.
