"The sheer gulf in class when Mikel Arteta’s side were defeated, was chastening for all romantics who despair at the continuing dominance of Guardiola’s team and would like more variety. It's like having a whole year of autumn - Very beautiful but ultimately depressing.”
Oh dear! Oh deary, deary, deary me! WTF! Bwahahahahahahahahahaha! :-)From a Liverpool supporter, who presumably was content with her team dominating English football in the 80’s and being the most likely reason why she follows them now.
The commercial investments that the UAE make in this country tend to go unnoticed. The business relationship they have with the UK Government doesn't affect the average man in the street.UK govt can trade with these "nation states" and they can invest heavily in the UK economy, property, pension funds etc and there is very little media attention. Yet so many people writing on sports pages are indignant. I don’t understand

Definitely on the edge the guy. Looks unstableHard to work out if he's doubling down and going back to holding hands after the draw with Fulham, or gearing up for a flounce/the sack
