Was it written by Piers Morgan or Lee Dixon
after previously beating Liverpool and Chelsea.Could you have imagined the wank fest if they’d seen off top of the table Arsenal in the cup? There wasn’t much of one for us by the media on Friday night.
He said I used to be a City fan when I was younger or growing up but with 5 minutes to go he referred to Arsenal as 'us'Dixon is a City fan.
did you miss the scouser earlier on this season they were also not bothered they lost a cup game to little cityNailed it.
In all the years I've been watching City, I've never known any set of fans (City or opposition fans) to say they're happy to lose a match, particularly a set of fans who made a 400 mile round trip to see a night match.
I've done trips like that and seen us lose and can't say I've been happy about the result.
Me thinks the Tarquins are chatting shit
Which conspiracy do I believe, as I don’t recall advancing one. I certainly don’t think this could have unquestionably been carried out with the intention of framing LHO. He could simply have been collateral damage. Don’t put words in my mouth as it merely serves to undermine the argument you are seeking to advance. It's not telling at all. If you state that you don't believe LHO was the guilty party, you are saying that the reams of evidence to the contrary are false, the investigations that concluded he was are false and that there was a conspiracy to a) commit the crime and b) blame LHO, whilst c) shielding the real perpetrators. You believe in a conspiracy for which all theorys so far have been disproved, and there remains no credible evidence. The murder of LHO is separate and aside. It's likely that the facts are as stated, but of course it’s possible that there's more to it.
Sorry, is there someway to carry this on outside of this thread? It's somewhat off topic...Which conspiracy do I believe, as I don’t recall advancing one. I never said he wasn’t the guilty party, merely that it’s probable he wasn’t. There is a distinction. I’m perfectly happy to accept that’s it’s plausible and possible that he was.
The credible evidence which casts doubt on LHO’s guilt is his murder in custody a couple of days after his arrest. You have stated that your mind is completely closed to this being connected in some way beyond the prima facie to the assassination of JFK (‘separate and aside’) which I find hard to get my head round tbh. He was shot while in custody shortly after assassinating a US President and you believe it’s wholly unconnected, save for Jack Ruby being upset. Although you then state that there might be ‘more to it’, which just confuses me further, because if there is then it follows as a matter of logic that there must be some doubt as to LHO’s guilt, albeit possibly a limited amount.
Irony…Their days of domination ended when the Premier League was founded, but they didn’t realise that. Hence their huge efforts to derail City.Bad news for Liverpool fans. After one league title in 33 years, “their days of Premier League domination… may have gone”.

Yep, my thought exactly.Arsenal TV tonight. Fucking disgraceful
Everybody knows it was Bobby who arranged his brother’s assassination because he wanted a crack at Miss Monroe.Which conspiracy do I believe, as I don’t recall advancing one. The Media Thread is a very broad church, but fair enough.Sorry, is there someway to carry this on outside of this thread? It's somewhat off topic...
They were called postitutes in Whitechapel.Or ‘prostitutes’ as they were known at the time
I spent a whole weekend in that London when we played Spurs in the final. And I had to go back there on the Thursday just to see Ricky Villa fuck us over. I’ll get over it one day.I'm 50 this year and seen us in 8 cup finals.
I've been fortunate enough to see us win 7 and lose only once.
I was gutted in 2013 losing a cup final after a 400 mile round trip so I can understand how the thousands of Tarquins who travelled up to Manchester last night feel.
The Grauniad still suggests we bribed CAS.In both cases the conspiracy theorists are living in their own bubbles, refusing to listen to or acknowledge the facts which debunk their 'evidence'. It's much like the CAS verdict. The verdict has been published, but people just prefer to go on misinterpreting or ignoring it.
Remember, Reading got a 0–0 at Maine Road in 1968. Replay was 0–7, iirc.BBC

Fucking Reading you utter plebs lol
Edit been done already, sorry :)
How did you get your username, mate?I'm 50 this year and seen us in 8 cup finals.
Remember the flak Pellegrini got for the team he played in a cup game at Chelsea, and that was when City were basically flying abroad for a CL game soon afterwards. The meat heads in the media change the narrative knowing their hypocritical nonsense will be forgotten by most people within days. Was at the Wigan final and it pissed me off for the whole summer , a missed opportunity in a competiton i have always loved , 3rd round day is still hard to beat in the football calendar , Goons fans stating they arent bothered is a load of bollocks , they would have been gutted with Arteta's team selection.
Agree Arteta didn't look very relaxed about it after the game. I think they are one or two shock results away from a panic, something like away at the Toffees would put the cat amongst the pigeons.Never seen so many pundits and Goons you tubers so happy about their cup exit , they were not bothered and because they fielded there reserve team make no difference to the league games , it just doesnt matter , apparently.
Maybe they should tell that to the over confiedent 7800 (less 1000 empty seats) Goons who missed a days work and are a couple of hundred quid worse off , and then witnessing the arch rival Spuds cruising through to the 5th round.
Just imagine if the Goons had won , the psycholigical advantage they had gained and the humiliation of a full strength City team , well i am not sure what our full strength team is , unlike the Goons if we have a couple of more injuries the wheels of our season are not going to fall off. Because we have twenty players who can seamlessly come into the team and not really effect our preformance.
Where as the Goons are now shitting themselves if Partey is out for a few games and they have no one to replace him , maybe it is a good thing that the Goons have been knocked out because their relatively paper thin squad couldnt handle three competitions.
We just need to keep winning and they’re a good chance they will crack.Agree Arteta didn't look very relaxed about it after the game. I think they are one or two shock results away from a panic, something like away at the Toffees would put the cat amongst the pigeons.
