I think the total opposite. He’s acknowledging his allegiances (which he often does) whilst giving an honest and forthright appraisal, which was unqualified praise of City and our manager.

Depends on your definition of bias I guess, but by your metric any ex-player with an affinity with a former club is biased, irrespective of what they say.

Yep, gawd bless him, and I had delighted in telling my (utd) brother-in-law some weeks back that he was lucky he takes the Times as virtually the only voice of reason in football journalism had moved there.
