Great news that is, that alleviates my primary concern of us losing him some what.
I wonder what promise exactly, do we want both him and Mangala or what?. What scenario fits best as it stands?

Agreed, although I rate Mangala more but it seems he is fucking with us whereas Benatia is doing whatever it takes to join us.. no brainer.

I agree....Seems like Benatia is trying his hardest to make the move happen....It's going to all come down to City and if they can make it happen! Player is doing all he can.....City don't mess this up!

I agree....Seems like Benatia is trying his hardest to make the move happen....It's going to all come down to City and if they can make it happen! Player is doing all he can.....City don't mess this up!

not sure we mess things up anymore,if the agent or the selling club try it on they get fucked off,we are ultra professional now,the most modern streamlined football club in all the world,imo

Everything is pointing at City/ Txiki using all their experience and guile to lower the price for Benatia. Keep the faith and he'll be a City player soon, I hope!

By the way, whatever happened to that 'tapping up' rule? Nobody seems to adhere to it these days!
