And who exactly would that be? Not many great left backs out there. I think it's highly unlikely that Manuel sees Clichy as our future #1 lb.

Going off topic, If you are an attacking full back then tackling shouldn't be a list of key attributes to have. Alaba is not the greatest tackler, Jordi Alba the same and Robero Carlos wasn't renowned for his defensive qualities.

Would we be more likely to offer Nastasic as part of the deal and use Rekik as our 4th centre back especially as we are keeping Boyata ? It would help the club trained quota as well.
