I actually got somebody who I know at the club to sort it for me, the money has been paid and I have a receipt, but there was no way to access it via the website and even he didn't know why. It's been shoddily handled. It should be a simple procedure.Just to add to this, it doesn't appear for me as an extra right now, even though it should. Anecdotally, a friend who was converting her child's Flexi to Full ST over the phone last week was told that they "didn't have the information yet" and that they could add it later., so I suspect they are behind with this one at present.
