You think what he's tweeted comes under "mouthing off" and he should be fucked off? A little over the top don't you think?

What kind of logic is this?

How do you know he didnt tweet this as he was leaving the training grounds? Or inbetween training sessions, or when he was taking a dump.

You guys have unreal expectations for these professional athletes.

Peter Evans what an embarrassment you are for yourself. Micah has been fantastic for us / City and anyone who understands football would recognise this.

He cod have joined Spurs as an 18 year old on big money and showed loyalty to the club. He rag dolled the Stoke attack when we won the FA Cup and ended that shit rag banner at OT.

Anyone else think this isnt very professional?

Whatever profession you are in, it is unprofessional to publicly compare a colleague to a competitor.

A lot of the things Micah has said and done recently have made me wonder. On the video interview he did with that young lad he wore that crap rio plugface "5" hat - i wonder if this was a coded message about what position he wants to play? In the interview for he was asked if he preferred zonal or man marking and he replied zonal but that the new manager was playing a man marking system. This was the week we lost to Cardiff where we conceded two goals from corners - only Pelle's second game. I'm all for players answering questions honestly but surely he should have deflected this one? It was borderline shit stirring.

On his twitter he is constantly referring to us as City - after the Aston Villa defeat he said something like "bad result for City" or something to that effect before going on to say "Sturridge is on fire" within hours of us losing which I also think was unprofessional.

These are all things which are forgivable on their own but then I just wonder whether, without perhaps even realising it, he has lost his focus. I was thinking just how good he was in the first year he was in the team and it's really sad that we will probably never see him reach his full potential. I realise ths may be partly because of his injuries but I also think he has gone a bit stale and that he needs a change of scene to regain his focus. Part of me would like to see him move just to see if that player we all saw at the start of his career returns.

Neymar and Robinho were hugged up and shirt swapping at half of their CL encounter, why wasn't this situation overblown??! Oh that's because they are compatriots and teammates in the national setup. Micah is still an a England International until he decides to cut that part of his career off. So even though hey play for different clubs, they are still teammates in one aspect and quite possibly friends outside of football.

You are reaching very very hard my friend.

Firstly...isnt the "5" hat Rio Ferdinand's clothing brand? I don't see the problem with him promoting a friends business venture. It isnt like he had on a rag beanie or something like that.

Another reach...he's referring to the club by name..whats the issue. Not all athletes say "we" or "us" they can be used interchangeably

As for him saying Sturridge is on fire is unprofessional? In what way? Is he not allowed to watch any other players and make a simple observation?

Lets get a grip here

Some right tosh on the last couple of pages, nothing unprofessional that I can see. He's just supporting a teammate in Silva and an ex-teammate and friend in Sturridge.

Call me fussy, but I do have a problem with a him promoting Rio Ferdinand's clothing brand during an interview for the official website.

I don't have a problem with Micah congratulating a former team mate. It was the timing of it, within hours of a defeat in a game we really should have won (villa away) that annoyed me. As a fan I was still extremely pissed off about the loss and it grated me to see him congratulating players of a rival club.
