I would indeed. But you said “prove or disprove” and I was making the point that the law requires much stronger, more direct evidence. Which is why certain individuals manage to carry on doing what they do for so long.

Not sure if we are getting crossed wires here. I was saying it would be easy to prove/disprove a £2m payment. Via a bank statement for example. Or even just a serious upturn in tangibles without explanation
