cool so that could be a glass of wineduring a meal, driving the morning after a night out.

How many people come on here and honestly say they have never done it

I seriously doubt one glass of wine would be in your system the morning after. And that is the equivilant of 2 normal strength pints of beer which would also be gone that many hours later.

there was a comma loads of people been done on one glass of wine I ask again who has not done it
One glass of wine, no chance.

I know one glass of wine and you can fail blood test seen it happen.

I ask again who hasnt done it.

Im not defending Johnson or any drink drivers. There is a massive mis conception about alcohol and driving. I bet there are loads of people on here think its ok to drive on 2 pints.

How many people go out and have a skin full then drive the following day

Who hasnt done that. To many on here take the moral high ground

And you have to take his height and weight into consideration meaning it takes more tk get him pissed And the fact that he actually crashed the bloody car whilst pissed and was caught red handed at 3.40 in the morning

Roughly takes 1 unit an hour to clear your body, so a full bottle of wine finished at 10 pm would be clear by 8 am, 1 large glass of wine (3 units) would be clear by 1 am.

I'm of the opinion anyone can make a mistake once but to get caught twice shows he doesn't give a flying fuck and has probably driven around pissed plenty of times.

It came across like you were saying we didn't know the situation and he might have still had alcohol in his system on the way to work next morning and just been unlucky but fully in control of his faculties. The fact is he drove in the middle of the night whilst shitfaced and crashed his car

Obviously that doesn't take in to account your body weight, what you ate or how tired you are but that is the generally accepted time it takes 1 unit of alcohol to clear your body.

There is plenty of material available on the net if you'd care to educate yourself.

educated enough thanks dont need the net.

To much ignorance around with alcohol and driving

Talent wise he was impressive when he broke into the team. I remember there was a few treads knocking about of Johnson and Ireland as midfield pair for years to come before the takeovers. Out of the 2 players you would of guessed Ireland would of been the washed up talent not Johnson.

I dont know but the club must have some rule lines for players to stick to. Send him to the Tony Adams Sporting Chance Clinic and see if that can sort the lad out and get him focused to play football at some level again and to get back to the sport he loves. Still a young lad a wasted talent.
