Unlike a lot of people on here, I really rate James Milner. Is he worth 30m, probably not. That said, he has a fine engine, a good eye for a pass and can cross a ball therefore would enhance our team. However as much as I feel he is a quality player, I also feel that if you genuinely think you think you can get 30 million, Ireland Richards AND Onouha in exchange it is clear you need to put the pipe down and walk away. Drugs are not the answer my friend, its just not worth it, no matter how grim life is down in burmingham. The long term health effects it will have on you are clear for all to see.
