nothing like backing our manager,owner and chairman then boys!?!??!?!? milner is a fucking good player and you get 110% out of him every match!! 24 years old and rated by fabio capello as good enough to be an important member of the england world cup squad!! it seems at the mo if we`re not signing messi,xavi and other out of reach players like that then it all kicks off!! we`re bloody privelaged and should not forget the position we are in!!

This thing about Capello not wanting any transfer dealings to distract the players.
First Joe Cole gets asked in interviews about his future, which has obviously been sorted before he came away.
Then Benitez agrees a deal with Inter to become their new manager without even meeting them.
The deals can be done if you want them to be.

edit: I am an not saying Benitez plays for England !!

if Milner is the total result of our search for creative midfielder's, then were buggered. Another work horse, can only add so much to the side.

Not too chuffed, vastly over rated average midfielder, will certainly do a job for us and will work hard. For that fee, i want more than a player who can 'do a job.'
