Too many ex-player presenters seem to be still stuck with the mentality that using correct English is not 'cool'.
Don't want to end up ostracised by the likes of Robbie Fowler waving his arse at you on the pitch because you are can use tenses correctly and have a broad vocabulary.

Funnily enough I’ve always thought the complete opposite in Martin Keown’s case.

On the face of it, he appears to be quite eloquently spoken. In comparison to the majority of footballers at least.

It’s only when you take notice of the actual words he’s speaking that you realise virtually every single one of them is unadulterated fucking nonsense.

It's ridiculous how long they analyse. They even spent like 15 mins analysing the team the Rags used once during the tail end of 2012-13 and they were not even playing that day.
