Mourinho or Mancini

Mourinho does the same thing over and over. Wherever he goes, the situation deteriorates in his third season. This happened with Chelsea and then Milan and now Madrid. Not Manchester though. Don't want him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hate this shit thread. Why can't the mods put it out of its misery.
No. This is bollocks.

Terry cost Jose, read Makeleles book. Didn't do bad with them either did he?

He didn't do anything bad at Inter. He left on a high of a treble.

He set records at Real.

It's being spoke of because it has legs, wouldn't be so many pages otherwise.

I find you one dimensional too.

How many records did he set? How many did Mancini set? And you can deny it til the cows come home, but the clown never stays anywhere for very long and his teams play dour football.

I think you've set a record of nonsense cliches on a football forum in the last 12 months Pam...

Fair enough, I suppose, but I can't avoid having to read the title over and over again and it makes us look like spoilt, raggish twats.

Yes.

I think our lack of width is alarming. 'Mancini doesnt use wingers', why the fuck not, other top teams do. And before someone says Barca, we don't have their midfield or Messi. Pedro and Sanchez are better options than Silva and Nasri. I like both pur players as CAM not wide.

I don't see any partnerships forming attacking wise. I genuinely belive Dzeko and Aguero is best we have.

After the CL campaign we needed to lighten up and cheer up I believe. Man management is vital ebb the chips are down, we can take stock and learn and go again. I instead believe Mancini was too busy finding personal fault rather than putting the arm around needy individuals.

He said he knew the problem and didn't show that, for this reason he had no excuse.

What hurts most is lack of progress this season. I fail to see what's being built too. No way of playing (too many strategies and formations lead to confusion imo).

I'm being quite harsh but when you manage the team and squad we have, when you're paid as much as he is then its only fair.

Others have done with less. Look no further than Klopp and look at quality of Bayern.

Ouch. Cookie isn't going to like that post!

Truth hurts Billy.

It pained me to type but its the truth. Bayern are the United of Germany. Doesn't stop Dortmund building an incredible outfit that won league twice on trot and progressed in the so called group of death against teams like us and Real who have spent a colossal sum. They've also lost a key player each season too. Sahin and Kagawa.

Meanwhile our failings are because we didn't spend 100m on additional players. It's fucking hilarious and also sad.

Fuck the CL campaign, losing to Real and Dortmund isn't a shame. Getting one point v Ajax is though. Siem De Jong and Eriksen were made to look like Messi and Xavi. It's now called the chumps league by the blinkered lot. That chumps league is the ambition of every owner and player, its also the biggest cash cow.

Pam, do you actually think Mancini is a better manager than Mourinho? Forget loyalties, forget who you like, who do you think is a better manager?

To be fair nobody knows how things would have gone in a 3rd season at Inter or Porto but even so, I reckon I could handle him coming in for a couple of seasons, winning the league and getting us properly competitive in Europe. IMO most managers seem to have a useful shelf life of 2 or 3 years at one club before progress stops these days, it isn't a problem as long as a club recognises when a change needs to be made and a good appointment is made.

I think Mancini will continue to be successful at City and there is no need to replace him with a circus freak.
