Awful performance, BM Got the team disastrously wrong yet again.
Kolarov's the worst full back i've ever seen and Dzeko is the definition of a Cart Horse when he plays in Europe and why does he leave it so late to change the team and bring the subs on FFS!!

For the investment in the squad it's been an awful Champions League campaign and now we have to face the Thursday Night Cup which could jeopardise the League campaign and leave us with nothing at the end of the season.

FFS who do you work for pal, Sky? BM has brought us the FA Cup and put us 5 pts clear in the prem, not to mention the 6-1. Get a grip.

Fist game versus Napoli back line:
Zabaleta, Kompany, Lescott, Kolarov

Anyone remember the whining about playing Zabaleta and Kolarov instead of Richards and Clichy? Guess Mancini learnt nothing from that. I would have given my right arm for Richards and Clichy on the pitch. What a fucking disaster Kolarov was.

When you play a 3-4-3, what area of the pitch do you exploit? Takes no genius to figure out the flanks.

Also, substitutions in the 80th minute? Really? What does Mancini think will change in ten minutes? Aguero shook his head when he asked the official how much time was left. That says it all.

It was obvious after 20-30 minutes that Balotelli and Dzeko weren't clicking tonight. Why on motherfucking earth wait until the 80th minute to change that?????

Cue the abuse, but this one is on Mancini.

No abuse from me, mate. In a nutshell...spot on. Aguero/Nasri on-Dzeko/Mario off on the hour IMO.

It's not a few years ago though. A few years ago we would have taken that, but we didn't have a chance of the title then. We were looking doomed v Villarreal, but up crops Aguero and we all know what happened next game. We have lost here badly tonight, badly in terms of performance, and it could have the opposite effect the win v Villarreal had as we go into the Liverpool game.
The last thing this team needs now is a EL campaign. I would rather put our reserves into that and fuck it right off, and that's not being arrogant as yes, years ago winning the EL would have been the stuff of dreams, but like I say we aren't years ago, we are now and we have a title to win.
Mancini got it horrifically wrong tonight.
