Which should indicate that Dann surely isn't an Arsenal level player. If the better of the two only managed to attract the attentions of Wolves then how is Dann remotely interesting the likes of Arsenal?!

It's probably just Wenger being cheap again. I imagine they could pick up either Cahill or Samba for just a few million more.

Disagree about Dann, he was the better of the 2 (Johnson the other) when he got injured last season, the wheels fell off for Brum, Johnson totally bottled the run in, having a number of bad games at crucial times... Dann isnt flashy like some, but he is very solid and just what Arsenal need as CB is a very weak spot for them
 
Arsene genuine question for you, given the footballing nature and arsenes mantra do you think the arsenal fans will take to a good solid no nonsense centre half now?
