As mentioned, Alex Sandro is a no go for the foreseeable future. Juve like consistency -- Alex Sandro will be there for 5+ years at least (a la Lichtsteiner on the right). Ricardo Rodriguez would be ideal given he's been playing at a high level for many years now but is still quite young. There are quite a few young and exciting LBs who are less proven than Rodriguez that would viable candidates as well.New more dynamic full backs and a settled back 4 would help! The fullbacks are fundamental to our style of play. No chance we'd do that imoStones is now on the radar of Europe's elite and will be even more so after Euro 2016 so January might be our last opportunity to get him; £45m would probably break Everton's resolve.
The fact that Denayer is being primarily used at RB by Galatasaray suggests he isn't ready to slot into the centre of our defence, but as people have pointed out he could prove to be a solution for us to replace Sagna next season with a view to gradually developing into a centreback.
I have com to the conclusion we are going to lose a lot of money this summer. Coz we are going to have to falknover whatever it will cost to get Stones, bin Mangala for whatever change we can get, throw a parade for MDM ( a home going parade) and bring back Denayer to compete à RB with Zab and be the backup to Otamendi, Stones ( and yeah Kompany whenever he is not injured).
Well he can come and compete too.Maffeo is better RB than Denayer.
Perhaps, but in a Pep squad, he'll be World class.Stones is overrated imo.
Not sure he'll ever be worth the price Everton want.
