As for who I think will win? England. They have threat over a handful of players, the Dutch don’t. I also expect, see what I did there, I Exocet them to play much better. Looks like it's my day to correct people today.
'Dutch' actually originates from the lead character in 1987 movie, Predator. The name took on universal use as Dutch, in the film, was portrayed by Arnold Schwarzenegger, who, as we all know, is from Switzerland.

Hope that clears things up.

Said before the tournament England will go out the first time we face decent opposition. I now expect them to make the final and that still be the case. Dutch might be worthy of being called decent had they had their first choice midfield but they haven't so they're bang average.
