New official City website

its a total fuck up the new web site. can't find shit on it, Hate it that much would rather visit red café.
it bloody disgrace !!!!
You'd get less United news at Red Cafe

My favourite feature has always been 'What The Media Says' as, with it all collated in one place, there was no need to trawl the papers for any City snippets. Was excellent on the old site, easy to find as it was usually one of the day's main features and, best of all, updated early and daily .... sadly this too, like the rest of the site has become pretty much hit and miss with more misses (missing day's reports) than hits.

Appreciate that it is a fairly new site and as such a work in progress but I'm sorry it's a poor imitation of the old site and doesn't reflect well on us!

Seems the fashion. Ryanair seem to have a similar problem, but worse. I'm sure anyone who has used them regularly will agree that the website has absolutely gone to dogs in the last year. Totally user-unfriendly and very difficult to see what you are looking for.

However it can't just be a modern thing as Easyjet's just seems to go better and better. So much easier to use now.

Maybe it depends which company you use?

yes you can - you just have to page down until you get to the last May 2017 fixture and then print
I must be a bit thick then..............right clicking gives me 13 pages of fixtures and daft photos?

I just want a basic two or three page list..........like the old site with PRINT PAGE button

You know easy peasy ....like it used to be.

Bunch of old technophobic cunts.........

the layout (which I don't like, but can live with) doesn't bother me as much as the sluggishness and slow response time.

Is there a place I can print off on A4 the fixtures, just to stick on the wall?

The fixture list is a disaster. More time spent on javascript and graphics than functionality. Also, the whole "everything needs to slide/fade in", gets very old, very fast - ADHD-designers on Red Bull. You would think we could afford a site done by professionals who understand a happy marriage between design and functionality.

The new virgin trains site is hilarious for this. Go to the page and I'm trying to click in the 'Where from' box to start inputting my journey, but it won't let me, until 3 different transition animations have finished and it's moved it to the top of the page. Annoying and pointless. Well, I'm sure someone got another few grand for putting it in, or someone got to check another box on their 'Shit the new site needs' form, but it's otherwise bollocks.
