Severe injury at his age and it's clearly taking him a lot longer than expected to recover.
He also is notorious at taking a long time to get his sharpness back after spells of injury.

The only concern is that the chances fall to the one striker at that moment who would miss. Had it been one of the others, they'd have buried it. I saw Raheem's first effort last night that the goalie saved low down. Sergio would have lifted it out of reach, just like that one he scored at Haringey some seasons back when he left Dawson at the abbatoir. Torres could have had two. Palmer was on for one, and Rodri put one just millimetres(fractions of an inch for those fans who still talk of wing halves!) wide.
