New striker?

He was shite tonight.
Even the one he scored was despite himself. He scuffed it on the six yard box and totally caught Allison out.

Messed up two one on ones to equalise. One was called offside anyway to save his blushes.

That was Lacazette, but your point stands. PEA was shite tonight.

I'd go for someone young and exciting who won't demand a starting birth. Boadu, Malen or Isak while they develop and until Aguero leaves. Or just use Delap.

Jovic is class, can bang it with both feet an great in air,and hes a strong lad would suit prem ,was gutted when madrid got him, surely hes getable,he did play for madrid yesterday but got subbed off, shud just go for him

Don’t know if anyone else has mentioned him, but I think Lacazette is worth a serious look. Hes a proven scorer with premier league experience and appears to be out of favour at Arsenal

What about Moura at Spurs.
His all around game isn't good enough, would be a really poor signing. If we sign a striker now it should be a loan, then balls out next Summer for a killer 9.

Apparently he has a £75m release clause that activates in July 2021. It will be a free for all.
Haaland could well be the player of the decade given how he’s started. With the city connection to his dad surely we could get him. The money we waste on dross (the entire defence) surely we can negotiate a £100m deal and afford to pay it.

Better we spent the money on him than a 34yo Messi’s wages

Though I agree with Haalands personal choice given connections I think Dortmund are gonna wanna bank as much as possible in a COVID hit financial year. We have seen them say no to United due to their valuation of Sancho and I do personally believe Sancho would have gone. We could see the same with Haaland. Dortmund demanding he stay if a valuation isn't met and I think plenty of offers will roll in for Dortmund to play hard ball and start a bidding war.
