Apparently, Barca have dropped their interest in Martinez.
ok theres a bidding war. i still think it makes sense to get him. Remember people said we overspent on Aguero and after 1 game they stfu.Though I agree with Haalands personal choice given connections I think Dortmund are gonna wanna bank as much as possible in a COVID hit financial year. We have seen them say no to United due to their valuation of Sancho and I do personally believe Sancho would have gone. We could see the same with Haaland. Dortmund demanding he stay if a valuation isn't met and I think plenty of offers will roll in for Dortmund to play hard ball and start a bidding war.
Don't get me wrong mate Haaland is a generational superstar and him and Jesus would be us sorted up top for the next 10 years but given our transfer strategy and our reluctance to enter bidding wars I just don't think we would be held to ransom. As for Aguero, he who laughs last laughs loudest is all I can say to those braindead idiots! The old guard are showing age is not on their side especially Fenandinho and it is time to move on, I agree. I'd pay £100-£150m but I doubt The club would given previous deals. I hope I am very VERY wrong though.ok theres a bidding war. i still think it makes sense to get him. Remember people said we overspent on Aguero and after 1 game they stfu.
I just think this guy is next level, call him the new Ibra or whatever but he has every quality you would wish for and which we are crying out for.
Ageuro and Ferna we should let go at the end of next season, its time to finally move on from the old team.
Yeah right, more like Martinez dropped his interest in Barca!Apparently, Barca have dropped their interest in Martinez.
Apparently he has a £75m release clause that activates in July 2021. It will be a free for all.

From what I’ve found it’s £63m for the release clause. However, his scummy agent alone would probably want to pocket between 20-40m. We’ve seen the club stick to that 60+ number.
We shall wait and see what happens next summer.

jovic on loan could be a very good short term option to replace aguerorags going for cavani or jovic!
Knew i'd seen it somewhere lol 2022 though not 2021.
Short term as in for 3 weeks?jovic on loan could be a very good short term option to replace aguero
Cavani is an ideal short term solution
If you think Aguero is coming back in 3 weeks and back to full match fitness your in for a shock.Jesus and Aguero will both be back after the Leeds game, so you're really taking short term to the extreme.
The only concern is that the chances fall to the one striker at that moment who would miss. Had it been one of the others, they'd have buried it. I saw Raheem's first effort last night that the goalie saved low down. Sergio would have lifted it out of reach, just like that one he scored at Haringey some seasons back when he left Dawson at the abbatoir. Torres could have had two. Palmer was on for one, and Rodri put one just millimetres(fractions of an inch for those fans who still talk of wing halves!) wide. Had any one of the other 'strikers' had it, it was a goal!Enough creative and goal-scoring midfielders to play false 9 all season if we need to. Jesus and Sterling can play there without Aguero, so I don't think we need to worry yet.
IF this dude could get fit and stay fit and get some focus, he is one hell of a player.Ousmane Dembele on loan. Hijack those dirty scum bastards' idea?
