No you are missing the point, Ok it was tongue in cheek but they were saying the passengers messed up the excellent running of the buses, they wanted to get on which played havoc with the timetable, then they wanted to pay causing further delays. To make matters worse the buggers always insisted on getting off as well. trust me, if buses didn't have to pick anyone up they would always be on time.

I want to get from Piccadilly to Ashton by bus. Can I use First?

Bit harsh. The content on team matters is very good and what's more - it's free. You have to join MUFC TV to get anything similar on the scum. Still, why give the club any credit when you can enjoy rubbishing everything it does

Buses need people filling seats. City less so. Supporter Service is poor. Always has been.

I've always received great help from the club. If I have't had the help I required, I've escalated the query to the manager.

Bought my mate a ticket for Hoffenheim away on Friday hes away at the minute so I said id get it for him, he's on my friends and family with enough points but the option to buy is now blanked out if the person purchasing the ticket doesnt have the required amount of points.

This is where the fun began I rang up the ticket office 25 minutes after jumping through numerous loops being passed form pillar to post to supervisor back to minion to supervisor again they finally worked out how to get the purchase to go through, after this I was told the total charge was £47.50 as there is a booking fee on over the phone transactions, I questioned how they can justify the booking fee as there is no longer the option to use the ticket site and was just met with 'would you like to cancel the transaction'

Anyway thats a pretty long winded way of saying the ticket site is shit, which all 3 peoiple I spoke to on the phone completely agreed with

I feel your pain. I just wanted confirmation that card was loaded for Wednesday as on Cup scheme. Not had any email or owt. My online account says next game is Brighton and does not show under tickets. So a bit concerned though money has gone. Tried Supporter Services who ignore as per usual unless Ed Sheeran is on. Calling sounds like about an hour wait. Get the impression that CL system is not linked properly.

I received a reply to an email I sent re. Cityzen cards not arriving yet. Apparently, the backlog of Cityzen cards are just being printed and will be dispatched "soon". Now I understand that SC holders will get priority; no problem with that whatsoever. But I'm assuming that SC holders had their cards delivered in time for the first home game of the season. That's a few weeks back now. Surely, the Cityzen cards should have been ready to go straight away after that.

I dunno maybe u can at this late date but when I bought tickets for Fulham it had no option to print just be delivered to my home address which was a pain Cos I live in Devon and was travelling up days before the game, luckily they came in time. Iv looked for the Southampton game and again it’s delivery only

No email confirming purchaseof Lyon ticket for Wednesday and logging onto my account it says net game “Cardiff”. Checked I’m signed up for all cup schemes and it’s showing I am. I haven’t a fucking clue if I’ll get in Wednesday.
