To the same extent we shouldn't refrain from calling a spade a spade. I'm sure the OP wouldn't have similar comments if we were facing Spurs for example - or Napoli away next week. If it's an objective opinion and Newcastle's current threat then fair enough...better than patronising the opposition and patting them on the back. I remember a few City fans after the Wigan games saying they were a 'well drilled team who played good football'...well in that match that observation was a pile of bollocks and then some!
Personally I've not watched Newcastle enough this season to judge if it's more luck or good play which has got them to where they are but I wouldn't name a player I'd have near the first team for us.(Cabaye is decent but he's not ahead of Nasri)
