Remember Vinnies red card against the rags , think it was against Nani , where he made no contact what so ever , yet because both feet left the ground , he was deemed "out of control"...what's happened to that rule ? or is it another where they seem to bring the rule in and rescind it , as and when it suits ?

Always angry when we don’t win. Disappointing result but at least we fought back to get something out the game.

if we’d have equalised in the last minute I’d have felt better. We scored our third with over 20 minutes to go and could/should have gone on to win it. Not saying we’d have deserved to but that’s what frustrates me.

I'll take the draw, especially when we fought back to get the point.

However. Trippier, studs up, both feet off the ground and out of control is a Red any day of the year...apart from when it's committed on a City player, than VAR downgrades it to Yellow. If anyone doubts that PIGMOL are corrupt, go read the laws of the game and comeback with the reasons why that was overturned.

And Andy fucking Hinchcliffe....was he touched up in the showers at City ? Why is that **** let anywhere near the Mic for any game we are involved in? He almost squealed with joy whenever they scored, celebrated when our goal was overturned due to offside and the Trippier and VAR defence (5-10 mins of crap about how good it is and how Trippier didn't deserve a Red) was bile inducing. He is a **** of the highest order.

Fuck off Hinchcliffe.

What an uncomfortable watch that was.
Poor tactics, poor player performances, no substitutions…..We got a lucky draw.

There will be many of those this seasons, teams like Brighton can do anyone on their day....Leeds look like they want it now with March...could be a draw or loss there , loads of games either side of mad winter world cup - 83 - 86 points will probably win the league this season anything over 80 and a team will do well this year

Even being two down, we really should have won that match. The red card being overturned was a disgraceful decision and the next time someone has their leg broken by a bad challenge, we need to call this out.

Seemed to stop playing with 10-15 minutes left, and a couple of substitutions could have made the difference. Gundogan in particular looked knackered and I think Mahrez running at their defence could have got us something at the end.

Bigger picture though is that we’re still not properly fit, we can’t play inverted full backs when the opposition play with wingers, and we need to buy a proper full back before the end of the window. Once Haaland is up and running though we’ll be probably win it.

Going to avoid the tele now though as they’ll be an avalanche of bullshit about how wonderful Newcastle are and what a genius Eddie Howe is. Newcastle are in fact a shit team, Eddie Howe is actually a gormless twat and they caught us on a really bad day.
