De Jong. When you watch the game, he is always the first on the sceen, and is a great tean player. I would have Kompany Vice, or vice versa.

De Jong seemed to be the only one at Stoke who was getting them going and if required is the first on the scene to back his team mates.
We need to show at bit more aggression and he is the man in the middle of the park who puts the challenges in and not scared to compete.
