Captaincy can take the edge off a player like zab. He doesn't need it, because he leads without an armband. Plus as many have said, we've got a perfectly good captain that leads and represents our club perfectly well.

Zabba's game is about concentration and timing, he doesn't need any other distractions or responsibilites

Your captain should play every game when they're fit, Zabba won't next year if Micah is fit again.

Any body who has played Football Manager will know that changing the captain whilst the old captain is still at the club is a recipe for disaster!
