Vinnie looks like the man to me. What he's done at Burnley in such short time is mind blowing.
Pep doesn't improve players?He won the french league with PSG in his full season. What exactly did we do in the Champions League final with £1b of players and the alleged genius on the bench? Against a far weaker team than the Liverpool one they faced?
He overachieves and significantly improves players, something Pep never has - look at Lambert, Lallana, Jay Rodriguez at Southampton, Rose, Dier, Walker and Alli at Spurs. That kind of coach would allow the likes of Foden, Lewis and Alvarez to maximise their huge potential.
