He overachieves and significantly improves players, something Pep never has - look at Lambert, Lallana, Jay Rodriguez at Southampton, Rose, Dier, Walker and Alli at Spurs. That kind of coach would allow the likes of Foden, Lewis and Alvarez to maximise their huge potential.
