On subject of Viagogo I was surprised I couldn't sell tickets below a price that was bound to get no takers except for a handful of big games. Upshot was my seat didn't go a City fan who could have had it for less than cost even with fees. Waste of effort setting up Viagogo account.

When ordering with direct debit scheme, tried it twice now, I put the details in and it comes up with a form to print out then click continue and the tickets are still in the basket. Do you have to click checkout again?
Or has it just not worked( no email)

it will only let you buy once.
No e-mail = no sale - I would start again

There's a rather poorly positioned "Place order" button in the middle of the basket screen that you need to click on to complete the purchase. It fooled me first time.

Viagogo is a waste of time. Mine hasnt sold for any of the 3 games it was advertised for. Ridiculous that the minimum price you can put it on for is 90% of the seat value for the game. In Zurich for the Noriwch game and seat is £52 so mimimum i can put it on for is £46.80. No surprise it hasnt sold I'd of happily taken £20 but cant reduce price so i lose out and viagogo get no sale so everyones a loser. Wont be bothering with it again

Looking to get season tickets for the first time in years .was looking at the dd option but the auto renewal part is confusing me .will it just renew likecar insurance and you have the option to cancel or by the tcs legally locked in to 2 or more yearsthis is effectivly why they are giving it intrest free ? Has anyone read the small print ?

The couple of times I tried to use it I couldn't sell my seat at rock bottom price.

The only tickets that ever sell on Viagogo are Family Stand Tickets as the overall cost is subsidised by the cheapness of the childs tickets.

Once you buy an adult ticket with the additional Viagogo costs, you pay more than the club sell for, thus ensuring City manage to sell their unsold tickets cheaper than any fan can re-sell their unused ones.

The minimum price is dictated by City, not Viagogo. Just as West Brim have managed to block sales of tickets for Baconface's last game, the club have complete control.

In short, just another worthless gimmick from the Platinum collection!
