Cant get on the phone, but the horrible carousel of choosing between the 3 tickets is horrible!

sorted - first browser window never returned seat choice. opened another and all fine

it is option 1 and then option 3 for the value gold. CANNOT do it online.
There is something wrong with the ticket office.
It only took 4 minutes from picking up my phone to completing my order. Last year it was over two hours and the year before over 3 hours.
Have they taken on more staff?
