Next Year's Season Ticket Info

Did anyone have any success with viagogo last season?

The couple of times I tried to use it I couldn't sell my seat at rock bottom price.

Sold mine once at normal price, went through quickly. But its a very good seat, half way line half way back on first tier.

On the season ticket issue, when I clicked on "Schemes" it comes back with an error message. Is that because Platinum automatically includes all of the cup schemes?

Now its telling me I'm not eligible to buy a season card.

How do you all know to renew? I've had nothing through the post?

Checking threads on Bluemoon?! My Mate on Facebook quipped his postal renewal form was almost thrown through the door this morning by a presumed U****d supporting Postman. Postal renewals will be on their way.

Think I found out on Twitter.

Looking to get season tickets for the first time in years .was looking at the dd option but the auto renewal part is confusing me .will it just renew likecar insurance and you have the option to cancel or by the tcs legally locked in to 2 or more yearsthis is effectivly why they are giving it intrest free ? Has anyone read the small print ?

Seem to remember on the direct debt info page it said your season ticket will auto renew unless you cancel. Think it said you would have a 2 week window before normal renewals to decide.

Copied from the ticket website.

DD Scheme - 1 Full Payment
By signing up to Direct Debit you are agreeing to an automatic renewals scheme, this means next season your seasoncard will be automatically renewed and you will once again be enrolled onto the Direct Debit scheme. You will be given an option to change your payment method or cancel your seasoncard prior to the standard seasoncard renewal window.

I missed this but I'd expect to be approached again and invited to renew before I commit. I'm a Publisher and our subscribers for certain titles are always sent a nice renewal pack through the post before being given their choices. Basic courtesy, IMHO.

Re: Next Years Season Ticket Info

have other peoples loyalty points not updated correctly even a day after renewing?

Re: Next Years Season Ticket Info

Just out of interest

Will we be getting renewal stuff through the post like normal? Or is it all online this year?

I signed in (top of home page) straight after renewing my seasoncard plus a couple of schemes. The extra points didn't show but they updated after pressing "refresh".
