We haven't signed Cucurela and what happens when Cancello is out for 2+ months? We are out of options for both left and right back and forced to play a centre back in one or even two of the positions if say walker also gets injured during this time. This means we won't be able to attack down one side of the pitch. Obviously if one of the fullbacks could get a season ending injury that's a risk but imho we can't be carrying players who are only going to sit on the bench hoping for an injury, especially in an emergency of a couple of games both Stones (rb) & Laporte (lb) can play there.
