We haven't signed Cucurela and what happens when Cancello is out for 2+ months? We are out of options for both left and right back and forced to play a centre back in one or even two of the positions if say walker also gets injured during this time. This means we won't be able to attack down one side of the pitch. The exact thing happened towards the end of last season when we we're beaten in the champions league, knocked out of the fa cup and almost blew the league as well. It's not a series of injuries or suspensions it's a reliance on one player (cancelo) being available for all the campaign. We need a left back

63 x 2 (rb & lb) games which will be more than adequately covered by 3 main cbs & cover from Ake. Obviously if one of the fullbacks could get a season ending injury that's a risk but imho we can't be carrying players who are only going to sit on the bench hoping for an injury, especially in an emergency of a couple of games both Stones (rb) & Laporte (lb) can play there.

I did mean to emphasis he'd need to take a wage cut as he wouldnt get more than Kev but thats still nearly half his wages

The manager is not part of their plan for future, so he will be outed first. With their new DOF at the helm clearly he didn't like previous DOF manager appointment decision, so he rectify that immediately after getting the job.

If DOF doesn't like the manager, it will be difficult for manager working with DOF that doesn't like you and want you out immediately.

Nothing to do with winning League.

I have to admit, there is as small part of me that almost wants there to be something in this. Not because I'd want him or think he is right for the team. But because I would find it So intriguing that 93.20 would have been onto something.
Whether by actually 'hearing about it' or just pure dumb luck and a fuck-it guess, wouldn't really care. I would find it so intriguing that while nobody at all had any links with him, some random guy somewhere posted something on the forum, that seems so damn unbelievable, and it actually happened to come true to some meaningful extent.
