Heard a rumour today, Bernard Neymar swap with PSG guaranteeing the wages.

Of course, it would be true, but just some early talks, Campos who has discovered Bernardo for Monaco is their new sporting director and Mendes would probably love to sell Bernardo from City to PSG or Barca.
