I reckon he isn't going anywhere.. not for that price.. it will be some club or agent tactic to cause issues with the transfer.

I believe Neymar has a deal with third party ownership which plays a huge part in where he goes as we have seen with Falcao transfer to Monaco

Just because he's gone past a few terrible defenders in Brazil, does not mean he will be able to do the same in the prem. Overrated. There's no way he could go past the likes of Ivanovic or Ferdinand

while you can look at oscar and how he has a smaller frame and copes decently, he is still bossed around by good defenders in the PL. i honestly hope he doesn't come to city, we have world class players that have neymars features already, and can get much better players.
i believe there are many players in south america that are cheaper, and will surpass/equal neymar. to his credit he has done a spectacular job at santos
but he doesn't have one thing messi has: resilience to stay on his feet when defenders whack at his legs, and at the end of the day, that's a key attribute to playing in the PL

On a second thought... maybe start Götze for Kroos. Götze on the bench would be wrong in so many ways.
Can see Gomez or Robben leaving. Maybe both? Cheeky bid for Gomez? He's a world class poacher. Maybe even more so than Dzeko.

Gotze is nailed on to be a starter in my opinion. If Pep personally wanted him can't see him being put on the bench. Neymar will never agree to go to Bayern as well, but third party ownership is a pretty good possibility indeed..It may be a way to make Barca pay even more money though..you never know.
Hes not going to bayern that was vehemently denied everywhere today. He's either going to be off to madrid or barca. By all accounts he himself prefers barca but you need to take into account that DIS owns 40% of his rights and while they may not ultimately decide where he goes they will play a factor. If he goes to madrid they'll have to pay a huge fee to santos and whoever else owns his rights while also having to pay barca some absurd fee for breaking the deal he has in place with them. If he goes to barca it will be for a more reasonable fee and salary. This is the way i understand it atleast and right now everything is still up in the air but it will be decided this summer by all accounts
