Nir Biton is still under contract but it looks like he has permission to have another trial with us.

To date, how many of our signings have been bargains? Would this make a good thread topic??? Joe Hart and Vinnie Kompany for sure. Any more???
Platt, Pleat & Bassett apparently - LoveCity was right as usualRolee said:Platt, Pleat and Beasant were the three.johnny crossan said:are you sure you're not mixing your Platts with your Pleats?LoveCity said:When we got refused a work permit for Mariga, one of the most vocal City haters in the English media was on the three-man board that rejected it. maybe Silva, Aguero, Balotelli
I only put those 3 in as maybes as their value has increased dramatically since we purchased them and have payed us back in form.bluemoondays said:kun said:Zabaleta, Barry, ClichyPhuket Blue said:I think this lad Nir Biton will turn out to be the bargain buy of Mancini's era. admittedly there aren't too many bargain buys out there to compare with yet.

Joe, Vinnie, Zabba, Clichy, AJ (maybe) were good deals/bargains
Yaya, Silva, Aguero, Balo etc can't be classed as bargains to me.
I define bargain as under £10m going on to be worth £15m+, at least doubling their value (hence AJ as maybe). The others were very good buys and worth every penny but calling £24m to £34m a bargain would be stretching it.
...Barry?!kun said:Zabaleta, Barry, ClichyPhuket Blue said:I think this lad Nir Biton will turn out to be the bargain buy of Mancini's era. admittedly there aren't too many bargain buys out there to compare with yet.
