Thought Biton was good tonight, did all the basic stuff well.

Read an interview with Gareth Barry a short while back and he was saying even if a player does something well, Mancini isn't fully happy unless what happened was what he wanted.

I think Mancini could mould Biton into his ideal defensive midfielder, he seems to have the potential to be a quality footballer.

No brainer for me. Him, Niang, Clyne and a young winger would be absolutely spot on. Good young prospects who will go up in value and save us fees down the line. Chuffed we are going down these routes.

Wonder what his wages will be, hopefully low to incentivise performance so he earns a new contract.
