No 'buzz' from a game against the rags?

well all i can expect from skool 2mz is all the rags (90% of my mates) to be gloating till the day we leave now

My two lads survived it when it was a hundred times worse that this (City in the old 3rd division when they were at school) ........you can!

just got back and have to say i have never been bored at a derby before today, like watching paint dry.

toothless going forward, too much respect given to them.

couldn't wait for game to end.

every now and then i have this forlorn hope that we might try something different but same old, same old - just too predictable.
EH? I was there thought we was ok, what did you want to see that wasnt "same old same old" seein as we was away at the european champions, and league champions get real cock.

what i expect to see cock is passion, saw plenty of it last year when we won at the swamp.......with a team including Hamann, Fernandes, Ball, Vass and Benjani as well.

I was fortunate this week to attend a lunch at old trafford cricket ground, and share my table with none other than Mike Summerbee and Franny Lee. Apart from being really nice guys, they are city through and through, really passionate about our beloved club.
I'm sure they were watchin today and, as I am right now, very disappointed at the lack of passion.
You can take the skill of Robinho, but give him a nudge and you've got the ball, same with Elano. Even Superman was giving the ball away.
As an gooner friend of mine said this week - "it was men against boys", it was the same today.

Not where im from, cock

The pub i was in was absolutely rocking , must have been 400-500 people in , and the City fans certainly gave as good as they got all through the game ..... but the team once again let us down , United were definetely not that good , but we just weren't good enough to take advantage.

I just think we didn't really turn up and were lucky to have escaped with 2-0 - i think they could've had more.

It was a strange game really cos we had nothing to lose but we didn't go for it at all. Having said that another poster on here said that we are light years away from the top 4 and watching the number of scoring opportunities created by both Chelsea and Arsenal at the moment we do have some way to go.
