If they’re waiting for the arena to be finished the North Stand start date would likely be February 2024. Finished for August 2025.

If you had a restaurant that was full every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and half full in the week would you shelve any plans to extend the number of covers because you couldn’t fill it on a Monday?

If a stadium is ever full, it’s too small
