only got everton stadium on book at present
they were only down for ground improvment hotel was always different contractor

Its now in the construction press so i'm ok to confirm it is the latter - Laings no longer doing it, Sisk currently pricing the full scheme.

How do you feel about that? Laing would have had a lot of experience having done the other end.

Not sure how much difference it will make with it being a different layout, and obviously the additional works behind the stand. The new builder should have access to all the south stands drawings, (worth comparing the initial design to the as builts) and the design team know the 'lessons learnt' they may even look at some of the staff who did the south stand for Laings.

The reason for the change i believe wasn't just down to the cost, Laings supply change isn't the best, some of the professional team may have wanted Laings to use others contractors.

Must be. There isn't an actual 'waiting list' unlike at other clubs so they must have just gotten the match day member figures. Even if only a quarter of those 120k wan and ST that is still 30k people. Not a good sign for me as I'm a low points member who wants one, not evene sure if they will put them on sale. Shows the North stand expansion is desperately needed and soon after that the east and Colin bell too.
