Not if it's being measured from different points on the centre circle.
But I did mention it was bollocks.
It's possible the back rows of the CB and East stands were the same distance from the centre circle as the back rows of the other two stands when the ground opened but obviously this changed when the south stand was extended.

^ This. I’d assume the whole new Kippax development was hardly a viable exercise given the time it was in use but I think the club did ask for dispensation to keep standing but it was declined, so we had little choice but to press on with the Kippax redevelopment.

I am sure he is right he is apparently and ITk and prices go up but I haven’t seen the actual costs ever quoted anywhere just the original estimated 50 million in reputable media and not so reputable but presumably from people at the club so you could argue it carries more weight than anyone posting on here

I've never seen the 50 million quote before, just the 85 after it was finished

The final planning application for the screens is not on the agenda for the September comittee meeting next week, the earliest it can be late october.

Incidentally, the formal approval for the main application has also not been published/uploaded yet.

The site is always late with updates, some poor admin assistant is probably given a batch of them to update every three months if its anything like when I worked for the Council before retirement most departments have hardly any staff left for such menial tasks !

That has not been my experience of it, but it is highly likely and previously I said that was probably it.

Incidentally, 2 of the the other applications decided at the committee meeting that day had their decisions posted (hadn't looked at the rest). The 3 other related applications to this one also have decisions posted, but, they were dealt under delegated process.

Not that it changes anything of course, it has full approval for almost all of it, and those that need to know will know what they need to.

The date of the committee, next one up is 3rd week in October, that the final application (the 3 gable screens) goes to really should be posted at least a week in advance, and almost regularly is. The agenda gets posted elsewhere. That's more what I've been keeping an eye on.
