Shouldn’t they equalise it out on each side, they seem to have just bolted up the right hand side without any bearer plates?

That we can see. But even so, it will all work together in the end, sequential and all that. Not much in it over such huge lengths and connections.

Looks to me that they have plates on the right side (4:16mins)? The left side is having a couple of plates fitted at 38mins.

To be fair it always amazes me how construction workers get their measurements spot on, and when they don’t they know how to fix it. Imagine doing that on a cherry picker 100’ in the air with bare hands when the air temperature is 3 degrees

Screwfix will have a few washers and bolts to sort this.
