Goldfish saying the same this morning. The PL and Government should bail them out. They are the biggest club in the world don't you know? Sir Matt Busby, SAF, The class of 92, The Busby babes, tha Munich air disaster, Duncan Edwards. An institution.
He only has to look at the other month being bailed out by some spurious covid deal.

Is the use of "joggled" a normal architectural term? feels like it should be "fettled" in this case...

I have read a lot about Ineos the last few days, for me it's an empire built on sand and also it seems like a glorified pyramid scheme, one company borrowing off another, it would not surprise me to see it all collapse very quickly.

That's exactly the private equity model all over, it works until it doesn't. The moment credit tightens, demand softens, or one of its high-profile bets tanks, the whole system starts to look incredibly fragile. The moment refinancing becomes difficult or economic conditions take a turn, the whole structure can unravel fast.

These cast in items are the supports for the LED screen, as you see located at each floor, will repeat on the Commercial Building also

Definitely not cast in, I agree they are for supporting the screen.

I guess the other one to think about (but for not too long) is how far above the pitch will the roof walk be at that nasty little sticky out bit at the front of the roof! Even more than that 39m I recokon!
