In terms of complexity not in the same ballpark. Villa’s north stand is free standing if nothing else and not connected to a roof holding up the rest of the stadium.

Yeah aware of that I’m answering someone who has compared the cost of Everton’s new stadium against our stand thinking we paid a premium

That has been mentioned before on the thread.

The tier will have to be heavily stewarded, which in itself will cause problems, similar to the problems in block 109 a few seasons ago.

I think that’s a fair point.

That’s obviously limited with what has already been built, and what is still to be built on the Etihad Campus.

Totally agree - the areas around the campus need to be softened with trees, shrubs and green spaces. Some imaginative lighting wouldn’t go a miss either.

Might just be me but there's no pics showing?
 
I'm not so keen on the roof layout with the middle sections longitudinal and the ends panels transverse. Hopefully it'll look better when completed

It's the very end pieces at the front of the roof that don't mirror each other that are doing my head in
