Great video of the city and then closing in on the Etihad. Skip the first few seconds though.

Much too much red in evidence in the first half of it…

Confirmation that the swamp really is a giant Meccano set, more exposed steelwork than Blackpool tower. The rest of the video is very good - the changes in the city's skyline over even the last 10-15 years are astonishing.

Must be more sunshine around The Etihad than the Swamp too... there's far more solar panels on the house roofs around our stadium.

Rainwater could be an issue early season, the plan to cover the gaps in the roof isn't great imo.

Not completed yet mate, brick faced precast and the sails still to go on.
The horizontal panels kill it.

As cladding goes it looks ok, at least it will match the sky 99% of the year.
