Norwich v City: Post match Discussion Thread

Great result. Silva back to his best and when he plays we play. Tevez was superb as was aguero. Thought our full backs gave them to much space to get crosses in at times and they were always in it until the 3rd. Think we can say If we beat the rags our goal diff will be the better of the two so we have to pray for a draw for them from somewhere.

Mancini dropped a bollock not starting Tevez against Sunderland and arsenal.

Even if only for for 55 mins, would rather them at the start of the match when he could set the tempo than the end.

Those lost points against Sunderland away and fulham away could cost us dearly.

No - dropped a bollock not starting Barry - they would never have scored 3 in the first place

Aside from the brilliant Tevez and Aguero I thought Vinny and Lescott were fantastic. Kept getting drawn to Lescott, probably had his best game in a City shirt. That save on the line was "world class defending".

I think Tevez's celebration was somewhere in between a badly judged attempt at humour and a 'told you so' to Mancini. There was no hate behind it, especially not towards the fans. The fans - the majority - who understand the conditions which caused Tevez to do his stupid act in Munich appreciate that his work-ethic and performances for City have been irreproachable, and can smile it off. But I'd agree that it was badly judged, but he'll always have a good relationship with the fans if not the manager.

anyone have a .gif of the golf swing?

I could see how it can rub someone the wrong way but enjoy the result, not worth getting wound up over.

Some poor reffing against us though, cynical block on Hart for the goal line clearence, penalty AGAIN not given then compouned with yellow card. I guess Foy isn't a fan!

Great result, but I don't see Villa getting anything at Old Trafford. They are so poor this season.

I'm putting my money on Everton.

just taking stock of uniteds fixtures all the teams they have to play have a reason for beating them

everton- for there fans after losing today
vill- are still at risk from the drop
swansea- first time in the prem and want the best finish possible
sunderland- last game of the season all clubs want to finish with a home win for the fans
city- the derby
dont wrtite any of there fixtures off they can and will drop points

In the same way that lost point at Wigan and home to Blackburn could cost Utd dearly.

that's how a season works you see.

I am re-thinking my attendance at matches!!

I have only missed 2 matches all season, one by choice, one by illness and we won both of them 1-6!!!

Come on City

The Boys in Blue never give in

Onwards and upwards with Manchester City.
Read your posting in the match thread. Any chance you are going to miss the derby?
